Ensure the screen body and its joints with the building are sealed with waterproof adhesive, achieving a protection level of at least IP65/IP54. An internal drainage channel should be in place to swiftly expel water during accumulation, preventing moisture-induced short circuits in electronic components.
5. Ventilation and Heat Dissipation Planning
Given that the screen generates heat during operation, poor heat dissipation in high temperatures can lead to malfunctions. Consider equipping large screens, or those spanning hundreds of square meters, with air conditioning systems to maintain optimal air circulation within the screen.
6. Selecting High-Quality Screen Components
Opt for lamp beads with a brightness of at least 5000 nits and support for automatic dimming, ensuring clarity under intense light and minimizing light pollution. Choose industrial-grade chips renowned for their weather resistance and temperature adaptability. Select modules, control cards, and other components from reputable brands known for quality and reliability to guarantee superior display performance and stability.
