Before installation, comprehensively evaluate the site, pay attention to the light (high brightness screen is required under strong light to avoid reflection affecting viewing), viewing angle (let the target audience see the content clearly without obstruction, determine the installation height and angle of the screen), load-bearing (the load-bearing capacity of the wall, ground, etc. must meet the weight of the screen and auxiliary equipment to prevent falling damage), and obstructions .
2. Compliance approval
Submit the installation application and plan to the local urban management, municipal administration, planning and other departments, including the location, size, content, energy consumption, etc. of the screen, and then proceed with construction after approval to avoid illegal demolition.
3. Steel structure design
The design should take into account wind load, waterproof, dustproof (set sealing strips), lightning protection (install lightning rods, lightning strips, and do a good job of grounding), and be reviewed by the competent department and have qualified design drawings.
4. Waterproof and moistre-proof
The screen body and the joints with the building are sealed with waterproof glue, and the protection level is not less than IP65/IP54; there is a drainage channel inside, and water can be quickly discharged in case of accumulation to avoid short circuit of electronic components due to moisture.
5. Ventilation and heat dissipation planning
Because the screen body is hot during operation, poor heat dissipation in high temperature environment is prone to malfunction. Large or hundreds of square meters of LED screens can be equipped with air conditioners to ensure air conditioning circulation inside the screen.
6. Select high-quality screen components
The lamp beads should have a brightness of ≥5000 nits and support automatic dimming, which is clear under strong light and prevents light pollution; the chip should be an industrial-grade chip with good weather resistance and adaptable to different temperatures; the modules, control cards, etc. should be selected from brand products with good reputation and reliable quality to ensure display effect and stability.
7. Post-maintenance planning
Reserve maintenance channels and space for easy inspection and replacement of components.
