1. Site Survey
Before installation, perform a detailed site assessment. Consider lighting conditions—high brightness screens are essential under strong light to prevent reflections that impair visibility. Ensure the viewing angle is unobstructed for clear content display, and determine the optimal installation height and angle. Verify the load-bearing capacity of the installation area to support the screen and auxiliary equipment fully, preventing any potential damage from falling.
2. Compliance Approval
Submit a detailed installation application and plan to relevant local authorities such as urban management, municipal administration, and planning departments. Include specifics on screen location, size, content, and energy consumption. Secure necessary approvals to avoid the risk of illegal demolition and ensure compliance with local regulations.
3. Steel Structure Design
When designing the steel structure, account for wind load, ensure waterproof and dustproof capabilities with sealing strips, and include lightning protection by installing rods and strips with proper grounding. Obtain review and approval from the competent department and ensure design drawings are certified.
4. Waterproof and Moisture-Proofing
Seal the screen body and its building joints with waterproof glue, maintaining a protection level of no less than IP65/IP54. Incorporate a drainage system to swiftly expel water accumulation, preventing moisture-induced short circuits in electronic components.
5. Ventilation and Heat Dissipation Planning
To counteract operational heat, especially in high-temperature environments, plan for efficient ventilation and heat dissipation. Large LED screens or those spanning hundreds of square meters can benefit from integrated air conditioning systems to ensure optimal air circulation and prevent malfunctions.
6. Select High-Quality Screen Components
Opt for lamp beads with brightness of ≥5000 nits and support for automatic dimming, ensuring clear visibility under strong light and minimizing light pollution. Choose industrial-grade chips with robust weather resistance suitable for varied temperatures.
