1. Site survey
Before installation, conduct a thorough site survey. Evaluate the lighting conditions to ensure a high-brightness screen is used in strong light to avoid reflections. Consider the viewing angle to make sure content is visible without obstructions, and determine the optimal screen height and angle. Ensure the load-bearing capacity of structures like walls and the ground is adequate to support the weight of the screen and its equipment to prevent damage. Identify any potential obstructions.
2. Compliance approval
Prepare and submit an installation application and detailed plan to relevant local authorities such as urban management, municipal administration, and planning departments. Include specifics about the screen's location, dimensions, content, and energy consumption. Obtain necessary approvals to avoid the risk of unauthorized removal.
3. Steel structure design
Design the steel structure to withstand wind loads and incorporate features for waterproofing and dustproofing, including sealing strips. Ensure lightning protection with rods and strips and establish proper grounding. Submit the design for review by relevant authorities and secure approval for the design plans.
4. Waterproof and moisture-proof
Seal the screen and its building connections with waterproof adhesive, achieving protection levels of at least IP65/IP54. Design internal drainage channels to swiftly discharge water and prevent moisture-induced short circuits in electronic components.
5. Ventilation and heat dissipation planning
Plan for effective ventilation and heat dissipation, as the screen heats up during use. In high-temperature environments, inadequate cooling can lead to malfunctions. For large screens, consider installing air conditioners to ensure proper air circulation.
6. Select high-quality screen components
Choose components like lamp beads with brightness ≥5000 nits and automatic dimming for clarity even in bright light, while minimizing light pollution. Opt for industrial-grade chips with superior weather resistance to various temperatures.
