Suggestions for the selection and installation of Highway Traffic Screen(Outdoor led screen)

1. Select pixel pitch and brightness according to the stadium scene and viewing distance
*Pixel pitch (P value):
Outdoor stadiums (such as football fields and basketball courts) have farther audience seats, so it is recommended to choose P8-P16, taking into account both clarity and cost;
*Brightness requirements:
Outdoor screens must be ≥5000cd/m² (anti-sunlight direct), and light sensors are used to automatically adjust brightness;

2. Focus on protection level and environmental adaptability
*Protection level:
Outdoor screens must reach IP65 or above (dustproof and waterproof), and sealing strips must be installed on the edges of the box to prevent rainwater from seeping in;
*Temperature adaptation:
The display screen must have a built-in cooling fan or air conditioner (working temperature - 20℃~+50℃), and electric heating devices must be added in cold northern regions to prevent the screen from frosting.

3. The installation structure must ensure safety and wind load resistance
*Structural design:

The load-bearing bracket must be embedded in the main structure of the building (such as a concrete wall) to avoid hanging in the air.

4. Integrated design of wiring, heat dissipation and maintenance channels
*Wiring specifications:
Strong current (power line) and weak current (signal line) are routed separately to avoid electromagnetic interference; shielded twisted pair is used for signal line, and repeater is required for transmission distance exceeding 100 meters.
*Maintenance convenience:
Front maintenance or rear maintenance design is adopted (rear maintenance is recommended for outdoor screens), maintenance channel of more than 60cm is reserved, and the box supports single-person quick disassembly (module replacement time ≤15 minutes).
