1. Site survey
Before installation, conduct an in-depth site survey. Evaluate vital elements like lighting conditions—high brightness screens are crucial in strong light to prevent reflection issues. Consider the viewing angle to ensure your audience enjoys unobstructed content visibility, and determine the ideal screen installation height and angle. Additionally, ensure the structure's load-bearing capacity is apt for the screen's weight and auxiliary equipment, safeguarding against potential damage.
2. Compliance approval
Submit a meticulous installation application and detailed plan to local authorities such as urban management, municipal administration, and planning departments. Include critical screen details like location, size, content, and energy consumption. Secure approval to proceed with construction, preventing any risk of illegal dismantling.
3. Steel structure design
Design a robust steel structure considering essential factors like wind load, waterproofing, and dustproofing. Integrate sealing strips for added protection and implement lightning protection measures, including lightning rods and strips with effective grounding. Ensure design plans undergo thorough review and approval by the competent department.
4. Waterproof and moisture-proof
Ensure the screen body and its building joints are securely sealed with waterproof glue, achieving a protection level of no less than IP65/IP54. Incorporate an internal drainage channel for rapid water discharge, preventing moisture-induced short circuits in electronic components.
5. Ventilation and heat dissipation planning
To maintain optimal performance, account for the heat generated during screen operation. Address potential malfunctions due to poor heat dissipation in high temperatures by equipping large LED screens with air conditioners, ensuring efficient air circulation and cooling.
6. Select high-quality screen components
Choose components that ensure superior performance. Lamp beads should offer brightness levels ≥5000 nits with automatic dimming capabilities, maintaining clarity under intense light and minimizing light pollution. Use industrial-grade chips with excellent weather resistance, adaptable to various temperatures.
