1. Site Survey
Before starting the installation, conduct a thorough site survey. Consider factors such as lighting (ensure high brightness screens are used under strong light to prevent reflection issues), viewing angles,load-bearing capacity (ensure the wall, ground, etc., can support the screen's weight to prevent any structural damage), and possible obstructions.
2. Compliance Approval
Submit your installation application and detailed plan, including location, size, content, and energy consumption of the screen, to local urban management, municipal administration, planning departments, etc. Proceed with construction only after receiving the necessary approvals to avoid the risk of illegal demolition.
3. Steel Structure Design
Design a robust steel structure considering wind load, waterproofing, and dustproofing (use sealing strips); ensure lightning protection (install lightning rods and strips with proper grounding). All designs should be reviewed by the competent authority and backed by qualified design drawings.
4. Waterproof and Moisture-Proof
Ensure the screen body and its junctions with the building are sealed with high-quality waterproof glue, achieving a protection level of IP65/IP54 or higher. Include internal drainage channels to quickly remove water accumulation, preventing moisture-induced short circuits of electronic components.
5. Ventilation and Heat Dissipation Planning
Given the operational heat of the screen, especially in high-temperature environments, plan for efficient ventilation and heat dissipation. Equip large LED screens with air conditioning units to maintain optimal air circulation and prevent malfunctions.
6. Select High-Quality Screen Components
Choose components with ≥5000 nits brightness and automatic dimming capabilities to ensure clarity under strong light while minimizing light pollution. Opt for industrial-grade chips with superior weather resistance and temperature adaptability. Ensure modules, control cards, etc., are sourced from reputable brands known for quality and reliability, securing excellent display performance and stability.
